  • Login data, such as your cryptowallet address
  • Contact data, such as your email address, Twitter handle and Discord handle
  • Transaction data, such as quantity and prices of NFTs and associated digital files (smurfs)
  • Interaction data, with other users or with the Company

In some cases, we may have legal obligations to collect Personal Data about you or need data to protect your vital interests or those of another person (e.g. to prevent fraud).

5.TRANSFERS TO THIRD PARTIES AND CROSSBORDER

We may use service providers and outsource certain tasks to help us provide, analyze and improve our services, such as data hosting and storage, IT maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, improvement of services. 

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside of Switzerland, including the European Union and USA. In such case, we ensure that such crossborder transfers are made in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

We may be required to disclose your Personal Data if we consider it necessary for security reasons, to investigate a potential breach or other violation of this Privacy Policy and/or to prevent harm that may be caused to other users of our Website.
